We build AI agents, data pipelines and full-stack products
that automate the repetitive work inside companies.
What we do
We connect four areas of expertise
into automation that actually runs,
proven on client projects.
We design and build agents that orchestrate LLMs around your business rules and approval points.
We turn repetitive content operations (multilingual subtitles and translation, content conversion, review) into automated pipelines. We don't produce content for you; we build the systems your team runs.
We automate the operating loop from creative generation to publishing, performance analysis and issue monitoring.
We build iOS and Android apps, web, backend and admin consoles end to end.

How we work
We separate what to automate from what people decide, and move validated scope into operation first.
We map repetitive work and data flows, then separate what to automate, where people decide and where approval is required.
We define inputs, outputs and approval rules for each task, and when to hand off to a person on failure. Brand facts and tone come first.
We build agents on real business data and people review the results. Only validated scope moves into operation.
We measure throughput, errors and review time, re-measure on the same basis, and widen the agents' scope.
Insights
Harnesses, decision models, MCP, GEO and AX case studies. Articles are written in Korean.

On October 20, 2026 Google added a business landing page, remembered brand styles with image generation, receipt and spreadsheet finance summaries, and connections to apps such as Shopify, Canva and Xero to the Gemini app. A guide to which work an off-the-shelf AI app should handle first, when shared rules or writes into other systems call for a custom build, and what to ask a vendor.

On October 19, 2026 Microsoft security EVP Hayete Gallot wrote that companies should treat the AI agents they deploy as 'agentic insiders' and monitor them continuously. The same day NorForge reported attackers running AI agent control panels exposed without authentication, holding hundreds of secrets. How companies should set up an agent inventory, dedicated identities and permissions, continuous monitoring, control-panel protection and decommissioning.

On October 16, 2026 Anthropic reported that employee-directed agents worked six times as many hours as employees and that about 80% of interactive session time was spent waiting for human input. The report's numbers, and how companies adopting AI agents should set review rules, escalation, decision records and human-time measurement.

From starting AX to working with Noventis.
Noventis describes reviewing results on real business data and moving validated scope into operation. When considering adoption, check the reviewer and approval or rejection criteria, how throughput, errors and review time are measured, handoff conditions when a task fails, and the scope moving to operation in the proposal and contract. These review items do not guarantee any individual project's features or results.

Noventis is an AI transformation (AX) engineering team. We automate business work for companies by combining AI agents, data pipelines and full-stack engineering. Founded in July 2025 in Mapo, Seoul, we have validated four areas on client projects: AI agents, media, marketing data and service platforms. We are not a studio that produces video or ad content for you; we design and build systems that automate a company's repetitive work.
AX stands for AI Transformation: changing how an organization works so that AI agents do the repetitive work while people keep judgment and approval. Noventis works by the principle “Repetition to AI, judgment to people” and covers diagnosis, design, build and operation.

We have validated four domains on real client projects. (1) AI agents: Agentria platform testing and agent design advisory for Genesis Lab; CMS and marketing operations agents for clients. (2) Media & content: Fox Edu educational shorts PoC; AI subtitle and dubbing translation for 13 countries. (3) Marketing & data: marketing operations automation; a media monitoring system for Korea's milk checkoff board (in operation). (4) Service platforms: KShort short-drama OTT app and admin; full-stack iOS, Android and backend.
