What should I check before reviewing a PoC and moving to operation?
Noventis describes reviewing results on real business data and moving validated scope into operation. When considering adoption, check the reviewer and approval or rejection criteria, how throughput, errors and review time are measured, handoff conditions when a task fails, and the scope moving to operation in the proposal and contract. These review items do not guarantee any individual project's features or results.

What is AX (AI transformation)?
AX stands for AI Transformation: changing how an organization works so that AI agents do the repetitive work while people keep judgment and approval. Noventis works by the principle “Repetition to AI, judgment to people” and covers diagnosis, design, build and operation.

What has Noventis automated so far?
We have validated four domains on real client projects. (1) AI agents: Agentria platform testing and agent design advisory for Genesis Lab; CMS and marketing operations agents for clients. (2) Media & content: Fox Edu educational shorts PoC; AI subtitle and dubbing translation for 13 countries. (3) Marketing & data: marketing operations automation; a media monitoring system for Korea's milk checkoff board (in operation). (4) Service platforms: KShort short-drama OTT app and admin; full-stack iOS, Android and backend.
How are AI agents different from chatbots or RPA?
RPA and macros repeat fixed rules and screen sequences, and chatbots mostly answer questions. AI agents read unstructured input such as emails and documents and carry the work through classification, summarization and drafting. Because they can be wrong, Noventis first defines the inputs, outputs and approval rules for each task and when to hand off to a person, and we never design automation that sends messages, makes payments or deletes data without approval.
How does an AX project (building AI agents) run?
In four stages. (1) AX diagnosis: we review repetitive work and data flows and separate what to automate from where people decide. (2) Agent design: we define input, output and approval rules for each task. (3) Build & PoC: we build agents on real business data and validate the results. (4) Operate & improve: we measure outcomes and widen the agents' scope. Contact us at contact@noventis.io.
What tech stack do you use?
LLM orchestration, RAG, prompt evaluation and guardrails, and multi-LLM routing (agents); generative AI, STT, TTS and LoRA (media); ad ops automation, monitoring and KPI dashboards (marketing & data); Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Next.js, Supabase and PostgreSQL (platforms). We don't lock into one model; our evaluation framework lets us switch and re-validate models.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
A first project usually targets one touchpoint (inquiry emails, quote requests, booking calls, etc.) and reaches PoC within 4–8 weeks. Cost depends on the automation scope and the number of systems to integrate, and is confirmed in a written quote after the diagnosis meeting. We don't promise outcomes; we report measured values such as throughput, errors and review time.
What doesn't Noventis do?
We don't build automation that sends messages, makes payments or deletes data without approval, we don't guarantee outcomes we can't measure, and we don't produce video or ad content for you. Noventis designs, builds and operates systems that automate a company's repetitive work, and reports results as measured values such as throughput, errors and review time.
